These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of scentybox.com and any purchase from SCENTYBOX (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login and all activity under your account.

2) Products & Made-to-Order Nature

SCENTYBOX offers:

  • fragrance vending machines and accessories (high-value equipment)

  • fragrance consumables (doses, refills, vials, etc.)

  • possible rentals for events (where offered and confirmed in writing)

Many items are made-to-order or prepared following your purchase. Product images are illustrative; slight variations may occur.

3) Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Prices may change without notice. Taxes, duties, customs fees, and local charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing and purchase information.

4) Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or supply limitations). If we cancel, we will attempt to notify you and issue a refund when applicable.

5) Final Sale; No Returns

All purchases are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Fragrance consumables are final sale.
Machines are final sale (no returns), subject only to eligible warranty support and any rights required by applicable law.

6) Production Lead Time & Shipping

Machines and certain accessories require a production lead time prior to shipping (see Shipping Policy). Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Once shipped, risk of loss may pass to you as permitted by applicable law.

7) Warranty & Technical Support (Machines)

Machine warranty coverage is provided according to the applicable manufacturer terms and conditions and may include limitations/exclusions. SCENTYBOX may assist in coordinating warranty claims and technical support, but warranty approval depends on the warranty conditions, documentation, and inspection results.

8) Intellectual Property

All Site content (logos, text, images, design, videos, graphics) is owned by SCENTYBOX or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting unauthorized access, transmitting malware, scraping, fraud, or violating any applicable laws.

10) Disclaimers

The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted Site access or error-free operation.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCENTYBOX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from use of the Services or products.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where SCENTYBOX operates (Puerto Rico / United States), without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer laws apply.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Services means you accept changes.
